No phone contact? That is correct.
Isn't that pretty bad for a reputable business? Sure.
So why no phone number? The number we had got so little use that I discontinued it as a cost-cutting measure.
Update -- July 25, 2011 Due to family and business issues, I am terribly overwhelmed...and far behind in responding to customer support issues. I'm very sorry. I am trying to catch up. Thanks for your grace and patience!
