Crippled by a Brick Wall

December 1: Hope is clearly in view! Finally, finally -- I can project a Resumption of Sales date: December 8. But first we need to get a backlog of orders shipped. I'm hoping that can begin on December 6. I plan to start emailing customers tomorrow. Thank you, customers, for your patience!

December 8 update: Our first full day of Resumption of Sales! Presently, ship days are Tuesdays and Thursdays. And the last of our order backlog is scheduled to ship on December 13.

December 29 update: Due to Christmas and so forth, we're going to be 2-3 days late shipping last week's orders. We should be caught up with those and back on schedule by Tuesday (January 3). Thank you!

November 1: It feels like the brick wall has fallen on us. I need to rebuild and regroup and reinvigorate. So through November 7, please do not place orders on this site.

November 8 update: Please. No orders via this site before November 15. I'm sorry.

November 16 update: For another week, I need to extend the "no orders via this site." Thank you for your prayers.

November 26 update: Apparently this site is not to take orders for the whole month of November. I don't understand. But that's the way it is.

We've hit a proverbial brick wall. We've been crippled, but not killed. I hope.

Our ability to fill orders is severely impeded.

Shipments are likely to be delayed up to a month.

So I don't fault you if you need to take your business elsewhere.

I'm sorry about that, of course, but I really have no other recourse right now.
