- Is this Rod and Staff's site?
- No. They do not have an official site. However, you can purchase Rod and Staff materials here with confidence.
Can I pay securely online?
- Absolutely! We are a PayPal verified business. We use PayPal's services to handle our online payment option via secure server. Please note that you do not need a PayPal account to use this system. After you finalize your order, you will be given to option to pay online.
- What are your shipping rates?

- How soon do you ship?
- We aim to ship within three business days of receiving your payment. We do our best to ship orders in the order in which they were paid. (Right now, though, we are running about three days behind our normal shipping schedule.)
- Please note that selecting Priority Mail as your shipping option is precisely that -- the means by which your order is shipped. It is not an indication of rush processing of your order.
- What is your returns policy for Rod and Staff materials?
- Occasionally, Rod and Staff materials which are purchased here need to be returned for a variety of reasons. If that is the case with you, contact us promptly for authorization and instructions. You have two weeks from the time you receive them until the return opportunity ends.
- Returns of materials purchased through this site must be returned to us, not to Rod and Staff (unless we tell you otherwise in your particular case).

- How do you ship?
- Most of the time, we ship via the US Postal Service, using either Media Mail or Priority Mail.
- Large orders (generally over $400) we usually have Rod & Staff ship directly to the customer, in which case the carrier will likely be UPS.
- I don't see something in your catalog. What do I do?
- If Rod and Staff offers something you need and we don't offer it here yet, send us an email and we'll see if we can help you.
