Is this Rod and Staff's site?: No. They do not have an official site.
Why are you only taking orders over $350?: After almost ten years of doing so, we no longer stock Rod and Staff curriculum. However, we can have large orders drop shipped. The threshhold for doing so is around $350. If you have further questions about this, please contact us at the light gray link at the bottom of the page.
Can I pay securely online?: Absolutely! We are a PayPal verified business. We use PayPal's services to handle our online payment option via secure server. Please note that you do not need a PayPal account to use this system. After you finalize your order, you will be given to option to pay online.
What are your shipping rates?: Please click here for the details.
How soon do you ship?: We are lagging in our shipping.; Please note that selecting Priority Mail as your shipping option is precisely that -- the means by which your order is shipped. It is not an indication of rush processing of your order.
What is your returns policy for Rod and Staff materials?: Occasionally, Rod and Staff materials which are purchased here need to be returned for a variety of reasons. If that is the case with you, contact us promptly for authorization and instructions. You have two weeks from the time you receive them until the return opportunity ends.; Returns of materials purchased through this site must be returned to us, not to Rod and Staff (unless we tell you otherwise in your particular case).; Please read other important details here.
