How soon do you ship?

Effective February 1, 2010 -- We now aim to ship within three business days of receiving your payment. We do our best to ship orders in the order in which they were paid.

Please note that selecting Priority Mail as your shipping option is precisely that -- the means by which your order is shipped. It is not an indication of rush processing of your order.

What is your returns policy for Rod and Staff materials?

Occasionally, Rod and Staff materials which are purchased from me need to be returned for a variety of reasons. If that is the case with you, contact me promptly for authorization and instructions. You have two weeks from the time you receive them until the return opportunity ends.

Returns of materials purchased through this site must be returned to me, not to Rod and Staff (unless I tell you otherwise in your particular case).

How do you ship?

Most of the time, we ship via the US Postal Service, using either Media Mail or Priority Mail.

Large orders (generally over $400) we usually have Rod & Staff ship directly to the customer, in which case the carrier will likely be UPS.

I don't see something in your catalog. What do I do?

If Rod and Staff offers something you need and I don't have it online yet, send me an email and I'll see if I can help you.
